1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing credithealth.ca or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.
2. ABOUT CREDITHEALTH
CreditHealth.ca is a financial education membership platform offering financial literacy content, budgeting tools, cashback-style member rewards, and member support. CreditHealth is not a lender, financial institution, credit bureau, or credit repair organization. We do not issue loans, extend credit, or provide any lending product. Membership does not affect your credit score and does not constitute a credit application.
3. MEMBERSHIP & ENROLLMENT
Membership is open to Canadian residents aged 18 or older. By enrolling, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, a Canadian resident, and that all information provided is accurate. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
4. FEES & BILLING
Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis as disclosed at enrollment. By providing payment information, you authorize CreditHealth to charge your payment method for the applicable fee. Fees are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable advance notice. Failed payments may result in membership pause or cancellation.
5. CASHBACK REWARDS & MEMBER BENEFITS
Cashback rewards are promotional member benefits — not interest, investment returns, or guaranteed compensation. Reward amounts and eligibility are set by CreditHealth and may change with notice. Rewards have no cash surrender value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are issued at CreditHealth's discretion. CreditHealth reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or technical issues. Members are solely responsible for understanding any tax implications of rewards received.
6. MEMBER PORTAL & CONTENT
Active members receive access to the CreditHealth portal including educational videos, tools, and resources. All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Content may be updated or removed at any time. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit portal content without written permission.
7. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting info@credithealth.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. CreditHealth may suspend or terminate your membership without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, portal access and unredeemed rewards are forfeited, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free content, or any specific financial outcome. Nothing on our platform constitutes professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for advice specific to your situation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditHealth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income, data, or opportunity, or decisions made based on our educational content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, logos, and materials on CreditHealth.ca are the intellectual property of CreditHealth, protected under Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or distribute any materials without our express written consent.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance. Active members will be notified by email of any material changes.
